Fees & Payment Details

• 18% value added tax is included in the prices stated above.
• The fees listed above are valid for participation with papers. Participation as a listener without presenting a paper requires a €10 participation fee.
• A maximum of two studies by the same author can be submitted for one registration fee. In case of more than two studies, €12,5 must be paid for each study in addition to the registration fee. 

Services included in the registration fee:

• Online participation in presentation sessions and invited speaker sessions
• Electronic attendance certificate

To prevent any inexactitude,

• Each participant can pay his / her own fee,
• Each participant can pay for her / his self only not as a group,
• The information of the person who will make the presentation should be written in the “Explanation” section of the transaction;
• If the participant of the paper is [Name Surname]_ Paper_UEBAS
• If it is a listener, [Name Surname]_Listener_UEBAS
