Participation Fee and Payment Information

  • Academic Presenting Paper: 100€
  • Graduate Student Presenting Paper: 50€
  • Listener: 40€ (Daily attendance)
  • Exhibition: 40€
  • Gala Dinner: 1250TL

The exhibition-only participation fee does not include lunch and refreshments.

Audience members can also pay at the symposium. Those who register as listeners will receive a badge and an electronic certificate of participation.

For an accepted paper to be included in the Symposium program, at least one author must pay a registration fee. For co-authored papers, each author who wishes to receive a participation certificate or will attend the symposium in person must pay a participation fee.

A maximum of two papers by the same author may be submitted with one participation fee. If more than two papers by the same author are submitted, an additional 40€ must be paid for each paper in addition to the participation fee.

Participation fees will not be refunded.

A “Certificate of Participation” will be issued to those who register, pay the participation fee, and present their presentations.

  • Participation in paper presentation sessions, panels, workshops and invited speaker sessions
  • Electronic participation certificate
  • Lunch, tea, coffee and refreshments on October 9-10, 2025

  • Each participant must pay the participation fee from their own account.
  • The participation fee must be paid for a single person.
  • The name of the presenter must be written in the “Description” section of the transaction.

    Symposium registration fee payment receipts must be uploaded to the registration form.

  • For audience participation, receipts must be uploaded to the Audience Registration tab.
