Artwork Submission Information

• The in-person exhibition, organized as part of the International Science, Art, Education, and Technology Symposium for professional artists and university art students, is open to participation from all art disciplines.
• Each artist may submit a maximum of two works that have not been previously exhibited or awarded.
• All sizes, techniques, and materials are permitted.
• Applications must be submitted online and sent to ubest@deu.edu.tr, along with the exhibition participation form and artwork images.
• The artwork image must be in JPEG format with a resolution of 300 DPI and at least 2200×1700 pixels.
• Artwork visual titles must be: Artist’s Surname, Name, Number of Works (e.g., Surname.Name,1). The application document must also include the artist’s name and surname.
• You can submit your exhibition application to the selection committee by the abstract submission deadline.
• For in-person exhibitions, the artist will be responsible for their artwork throughout the exhibition. The organizers are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss before or after the exhibition.
• The organizers are not responsible for any damage to artworks sent or returned by courier.
• Participants will receive a participation certificate, and images of the artworks will be included in the published catalog.
