Abstract Submission & Registration

Oral Presentation

Submitted abstracts will be subject to a peer-review process. At the end of this process, a decision will be made for each abstract to be accepted or rejected. A 20-minute time limit will be given for presentation of abstracts accepted as oral presentation.

Abstract Writing Guidelines

  • Abstracts must be between 350 and 500 words.
  • Abstracts must be submitted online through the symposium website. Abstracts submitted via email or postal mail, regardless of the system, will not be accepted.
  • The symposium language is Turkish or English. Participants wishing to present their abstracts in Turkish must submit their abstracts in both Turkish and English. Participants wishing to present their abstracts in English are required to submit their abstracts in English.
  • Abstracts presented at the symposium must be original, contribute to scientific development in the field of teachers and psychological counselors, and shed light on fundamental issues in the field.
  • Accepted abstracts will also be published as e-books, so Turkish grammar and spelling rules must be observed in the abstracts. Authors are responsible for all spelling errors.
  • Abstracts will be collected through the online abstract system, Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).
  • To be accepted, abstracts must not have been previously published elsewhere or presented at another congress, symposium, or scientific organization.
  • Abstracts must not include figures, tables, formulas, or images.
  • They must include a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords.
  • Abstracts must not include a bibliography. Therefore, references should not be included within the text.
  • Undergraduate students may only participate in presentations with a faculty member/member.
