  • Graduate Student Presenting Paper:<\/strong> 50\u20ac<\/li>\n
  • Listener:<\/strong> 40\u20ac (Daily attendance)<\/li>\n
  • Exhibition:<\/strong> 40\u20ac<\/li>\n
  • Gala Dinner:<\/strong> 1250TL<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

    The exhibition-only participation fee does not include lunch and refreshments.<\/p>\n

    Audience members can also pay at the symposium. Those who register as listeners will receive a badge and an electronic certificate of participation.<\/p>\n

    For an accepted paper to be included in the Symposium program, at least one author must pay a registration fee. For co-authored papers, each author who wishes to receive a participation certificate or will attend the symposium in person must pay a participation fee.<\/p>\n

    A maximum of two papers by the same author may be submitted with one participation fee. If more than two papers by the same author are submitted, an additional 40\u20ac must be paid for each paper in addition to the participation fee.<\/p>\n\n

    Participation fees will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

    A “Certificate of Participation” will be issued to those who register, pay the participation fee, and present their presentations.<\/p>\n\n
